Call for current pricing for a filter clean on cartridge and D.E. filters. Associated cost for replacement o-rings, etc. if needed are in addition to the service fee.
This includes opening the filter, removing elements, washing them off on site and reassembling the filter. In the case of D.E. filters fresh D.E. will also be added.
Sand filters can require sand change after seven to ten years. We can perform this service for you, however each system is different. We can quote a price for your pool. If the filter is older than seven years, you might want to consider replacing the entire filter. Changing the sand in an older filter may require costly part charges and increased labor charges.
It is a similar situation to owning a ten year old car. Do I try to repair it, knowing that it is ten years old? Am I better off investing in a new one?
